Your specialist caseworker will always tell you their name and status, and they will also give you the name of their supervisor. We invest heavily in training and are authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as an in-house course provider. Such fast moving areas of law demand that we are constantly updating our knowledge and so we encourage regular attendance on internal and external training courses. Our staff receive continuing support and guidance through close supervision. All our people work together closely.
