Unfair Dismissal

Losing your job is traumatic, but losing it unfairly is even worse. All employers have the right to hire and fire people - within reason.

Dismissal could be for a serious act of misconduct or another substantial reason justifying dismissal - perhaps the individual has a problem with drink or drugs. In all such cases, however, the employer should have used a fair procedure and behaved reasonably in all the circumstances of the case.
